Innovative Work Phase II







 Innovative is defined as the process. of making changes to something established by introducing something new. Innovative work help a teacher to teach a lesson easily. In work it is very important. It makes the class very important and interesting. Innovative work is one of the effective method for teaching difficult lesson easily. It can be viewed as the application of better solutions that meets new requirements. The role of innovative work is very important in teaching English. Innovative is simply a noval idea or method.


As part of B.Ed curriculum the student teachers were assigned to prepare an innovative work. The present innovative work is an attempt to construct a photo album of the works and authors which class 8 and a students have to study in English.

Objectives

*To help students develop their creativity and their problem solving skill.

*To encourage and involve pupil in intellectual works and its growth.

*To teachers and students to encourage explore research and use all the tools uncover something new about the grammar.

*To develop knowledge in students.

*To develop a dear cut knowledge about the authors and their works.

.Procedure

Take a chart and cut it into square shape. Take green, red, blue and yellow markers and a ruler. Using a ruler and pencil, draw a large square on the chart paper. Then divide the large square into four equal smaller squares by drawing lines from the midpoint of each side of the large square Inside each of the four smaller squares. draw another square that will act as the "Home" area for each player. From the edge of the home squares, draw a pathway consisting of 6 equal-sized squares leading towards the center. These will be the pathways where the tokens more. Draw a small square in the center of the board where the four pathways meet. This is the final destination for all tokens. In the middle of each pathway, mark one square as "safety zone". Mark the central square with a combination of the four colours. Cut out small circles from coloured paper matching the colours of the home areas. Buttons, beads or coins can also be used a dice by cutting marking it as tokens. Create a chart paper and numbers I to 6 on its sides and then paste it in the form of a dice.

* It helps the students to build concentration and patience.
