Innovative is defined as the process of making changes to something established by introducing something new. Innovative work help a teacher to teach a lesson easily. In work it is very important. It makes the class very important and interesting. Innovative work is one of the effective method for teaching difficult lesson easily. It can be viewed as the application of better solutions that meets new requirements. The role of innovative work is very important in teaching English. Innovative is simply a noval idea or method.

As part of B.Ed curriculum the student Teachers were assigned to prepare an innovative work. The present innovative work is on attempt to construct the working model of idiomatic expression and their meanings.

Objectives

*To help students develop their and their problem solving skill. creativity

To encourage and involve pupil in intellectual works and its growth.

* To encourage teachers and students to explore research and to uncover something. grammar. use all the toole new about the

* To develop interest among students to study grammar portions.

*To develop knowledge in students.

*To develop a clear cut knowledge about the et idiomatic expressions and their meanings.

Procedure

Take a cardboard piece of length about so 50 cm. Take another cardboard and cut into a pieces of length 9 cm and breadth 4 cm. Another cardboard of length 9 cm and breadth 5 cm is also needed. These cardboards are posted with different colours of colour papers on it. Then write different idioms in 9x5 cm cardboard and write their meanings on  9x4 cm cardboard piece. At the top, the cardboard of size em is placed and the idioms and their meanings written cardboard is posted adjacent to each other. Then write the beading the top board and connect it with the idioms and their meanings with a string. A short note on idioms is to be placed in the central portion. Several pictures can also be pasted in order to pictures cam make the learning of idioms very interesting.

*Models help to clarify thinking and resolve understanding.

*Models help students to get a deep knowledge about the concept and the central idea of the English usage.

Second Two Weeks of My Teaching Practice Phase II

       The next two weeks of my teaching practice started from 3-7-2024 to 15/7/2024.  These two weeks also went on well by giving me new experiences and new lessons. I was able to complete my portions accurately for these two weeks also. Students were crazy in making fun of each other. They learnt well by making mistakes and ensured that students should learn things from their mistakes and then only they will remember it forever in their lives. Unit test was conducted for the students this week and I was instructed to monitor them while writing exams. And I was very happy to do so and I felt myself as a teacher not as a teacher trainee. Last Two Weeks Of My Teaching Practice

Fourth two weeks of our teaching practice started from 22/1/2024 and ended on 2/2/2024. This week was very nice week for me. I got so many experiences and I was able to understand so many values. I have got so many substitution periods and I became friendly with so many students. I have got chance to teach Upper Primary students because of the humble request of the students. I had my discipline duty on all these days. On 24/1/2024, I along with Mahima and Akhil participated in a meeting conducted by the High School teachers to plan and discuss about the Annual Day celebrations of the school which is to be conducted on 29/1/2024, Monday. And on the same day itself, the students were allowed to do their practices on the afternoon sessions. On 25/1/2024, I along with Mahima and Akhil, prepared a rough list for the Annual Day Celebrations. A meeting was conducted along with us and the High School teachers.
